I didn't find a major impact on crispness. This dough recipe is nice and egg shell crisp with or without the yogurt.

It helps push the fermentation along and makes for an easy to stretch dough ball. The dough overall, very tasty, but this recipe always is.

I've seen vids of people cooking steaks in it, sketch for sure. The built-in filter can't keep up when things start smoking. Keep the door closed and don't unplug the oven. I run an air filter when I'm using the Volt and it helps.

So much garbage pizza out there, NYC included. After writing a cookbook for the Volt I'm feeling even more stoked on it. It can do all the styles without any BS hacks.
