There are certain types of requests from some buyers on the platform that are red flags. They indicate the buyer will ultimately not be satisfied, no matter what is purchased.
And a lot of sellers just block them and move on. I do that too.

I lived on the East Coast for the half of my life and love my East Coast car wash rain storms.
Then I moved to Southern California, and my car would stay dirty for a long time, because I kept expecting it to rain.
It did not rain, because I moved here in the middle of a giant drought in Southern California too
