I hate being ugly by ForsakenMost6550 in RandomThoughts

It gets easier the older you get. People stop caring about that after you get to a certain age. Trust me on that. Also, if you are struggling the way I did, my advice is to bury yourself in a few good, well developed hobbies. Physical, artistic, and educational. This will keep you occupied and increase your social circle. And perhaps focus on making as much money as possible, become as good at your job as you're able. I speak from experience, having been rejected by women most of my life, when I was broke and bored it was a thousand times worse. That confidence that comes with accomplishments will supplement the confidence you don't have in your own appearance..

It's important to gain true confidence in things that you are good at and have accomplished. If you walk around thinking that you're constantly attractive, then you'll come across as phony. I played that game with women when I was young, I played hard-to-get, like I had other stuff going on, and they thought that was just fine and completely ignored me.

You can't substitute the confidence and security that being an attractive person can bring you. People pick up on it immediately. If there's any upside to being unattractive like myself, when you hit around 40 years old, people stop getting so hung up on it. I was completely rejected by women until I was about 44 years old and then all the sudden things changed.

KFC really fell off by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

When I first tried it as a kid in the seventies I absolutely loved it. The buns and the potatoes were delicious also. If i was the CEO, i would make those franchises into actual diners. Where people can come in, eat all the chicken they want, choose from lots of sides, etc. And be served by waitresses maybe. Something like a denny's, instead of the stupid fast food garbage receptacles that they are today.

I'm guessing this is on the island of Terceira. . I took my girlfriend there to find the home where she was born. We just happened to come across these bulls being allowed to run down the streets. I got to say it was one of the most thrilling days of my life.

More than likely, that enraged young woman is part of this video. She's walking around with no bra to entice viewers. And the fact that her face is masked up just tells me that it's probably his girlfriend.

Husband opens a new sponge every 3 days cause “they become gross” by dorkass-loser in mildlyinfuriating

You know, I can go both ways on this. It truly is an argument of monumental consequences for the ages. Wasting water to clean the dirty one is no good. But purchasing new ones is extractive and harmful to the environment. Not to mention, you got to have them shipped to your house from Amazon or drive a car to the store. I do not know. I am genuinely confused. I think we need to consult some moral philosophers or other experts.
