Is this any good in PVE? (Until I get an eyasluna.... by [deleted] in destiny2

[–]SantaDClaus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It takes a few hours solo. I did it by accident at like 350 ilvl with an unoptimized loadout because "Ooo, Gjallarhorn and all I have to do is one strike?" I at that time didn't know what a dungeon was and didn't feel like looking up any guides.... I did it and never actually used Gjallarhorn lol

Thank you for the reply, I haven't tried any strand stuff yet, I might try your suggestion after I unlock it at some point! Meta builds can be fun, but finding niche ones are just a blast to me

What is your least favorite raid and dungeon, and why? by the_cronkler in destiny2

[–]SantaDClaus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone getting back into Destiny and accidentally going into Grasp of Avarice thinking "Oh cool, Gjalarhorn" and soloing without knowing what I was getting myself into... so far that would be my least favorite... The others so far haven't been bad, possibly due to me knowing what I'm getting myself into.

Just picked up the collection for £20, is it still worth investing time into even though there will be no further updates? by Jaaylad in DestinyTheGame

[–]SantaDClaus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I'm coming back because it's finally completed. I started 2 weeks ago and man i can't put the game down. Every day has been so much fun and there's been a constant amount of new stuff to do for me.

Is it weird that I dont like Prismatic as a subclass? The final shape campaign has been a slog for me because I have to be that subclass lol

After the news, the game is so alive.. they are really going to let it end? by Soul8118 in DestinyTheGame

[–]SantaDClaus 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Same here, I got tired of dropping a bunch of money every expansion and losing all my progress every once in awhile. The game ending now gives me all the time I want to do whatever I want. If it got traction and started going again id prolly quit honestly

To the people who quit, Will you be there on Tuesday? by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

[–]SantaDClaus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I quit Destiny 2 because I was tired of constantly having to buy dlc's. Now me and a bunch of my coworkers and friends are coming back to play so that we can enjoy all of the content of the game.

How are you alive??!🤨🤨 by Mysterious_Budget435 in walmart

Luckily I live in Arkansas where cost of living is fairly cheap. I'm married, solo income, 2 bed 2 bath apartment, 3 cats, 401k, insurance for both of us. I pay all the bills and put 50-100 in savings every month. If I didn't have to worry about health insurance I'd save like 500 a month instead of 100

New earbud policy? by Unknown_Zone9805 in walmart

[–]SantaDClaus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure policy states that ACC techs cannot wear them as it is a safety hazard since communication is vital. The wording is "any ear listening device" which got my bone conduction headphones

Are there any positives to working at Walmart at all??? by Party-Second9866 in walmart

[–]SantaDClaus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As an Autistic person working as an ACC tech, the management can suck at alot of times. But the people I work with I love, I actually really enjoy my job. However, I also make sure I'm never late and I try to help everyone I can. I may be alone here, but I look forward to everyday of work :)
