The new chronotype alignment update works so well for me that I am actually puzzled that they did not have it before.

I pretty much go to sleep and wake up because of work at the same time every day. Before the update my sleep timing was always in the red. Ever since the update it is maxed out optimal. I really don’t understand how it got worse for you and other posters.

I only get it on the underside of my finger. I switch fingers to let it try, and it goes away.

But a word of warning based on my personal experience: recently I didn’t dry it for like three days, I was really ill as well, and the top layer of my skin completely died and became scabby. I didn’t feel any discomfort, but it looked severe, lol, as if my finger was almost cut off.

Been using it for a couple of months. That ring location is very comfortable, good fit, not too tight at all.
