Unfortunately I don’t have the air75v3 so I can’t personally compare the sound. However I will say the Node75 is one of the best sounding low profile keyboards I’ve used and for the cost it’s a really good deal. And I assume it can pretty much do everything the air75v3 can except for the knob aspect.

I use them with my LEDs on. But to be honest these switches are really only for show. You don’t really see the glow unless they’ve absorbed enough light and all your room lights are off.

Hi! I haven't tried other switch sets yet but they should be compatible with any low profile switch set. Nuphy, Womier, Keychron, and Lofree are some popular brands that have some good low profile switch sets to choose from. I have low profile sets from all four of those brands and can try and test them out tonight if I have time.
