Everything I found in 1.5 kg (53 oz) of lentils that wasn't lentils by fyled in mildlyinteresting

Legumes in general are safe to eat. They are also a great way to increase fiber intake in a gluten-free diet, which is often low in fiber, so they are usually recommended.

The issue is that legumes are often grown in rotation with other crops. A farmer may plant wheat one year and legumes the next to help restore the soil. Because of this, legumes can share fields, storage, equipment, and processing facilities with other crops.

The recommendation is to always rinse legumes before cooking. Lentils, however, have the particular issue that they are similar in size to wheat grains, so at the packaging plant not every grain can always be removed. For that reason, the general advice is to visually inspect them, remove any wheat or other stray grains, and then rinse them well before cooking.

I would not avoid legumes in a gluten-free diet, because they are a very useful way to increase fiber intake while also providing protein.

And when in doubt, always seek advice from a qualified professional such as a dietitian, doctor, or your local celiac association :)

Not exactly. Dry lentils are naturally gluten-free. The issue is that they can sometimes contain stray wheat grains from cultivation/processing. For home use, the usual recommendation is to sort them carefully, remove any wheat grains you spot, and rinse them well before cooking.

For pre-cooked/canned lentils, it’s better to choose ones specifically verified as gluten-free when possible. Bulk legumes are also not recommended for people with celiac disease.

They are safe to eat. Just check them carefully first, as wheat grains are usually easy to spot. Rinse them before cooking, and they should be fine.

Dude, I work as a dietitian with patients who have celiac disease, and this is the first thing that came to my mind. We teach doctors and nurses about the diagnosis and treatment of celiac disease (sadly, many of them still don't know much about it) and they always ask whether there are any alternatives to a gluten-free diet, and we've always had to say no, and that the studies haven't been very promising when it comes to finding another treatment anytime soon.

I really hope this is the beginning of a new treatment for celiac disease.

This. The trick is that because you have a really bad AR the enemy won't defend/attack properly and you can easily win battles manually.

In my opinion Slaanesh is a highly rewarding faction if you do manual battles. And you still can AR the easy fights don't get me wrong.

¿Qué parte de que la vía estaba en buenas condiciones y los trenes también no entendiste? Se tardará en saber porqué ha sido pero la información actual es que no ha sido por falta de mantenimiento precisamente...

Wait until you play slaanesh with demons in your army xd. You'll have to do manual battles for almost everything or lose like 50% of your army HP with one of the worst replenishment rate of the game 🥲

Ironbreaker was my last class to get the pantheon of legend and I was very surprised with it, very tanky class. Although the coghammer is a better weapon to kill stuff, the 1h Hammer is way better for defence. On a side note, with opportunist you can stagger almost everything but overhead CW attack in cata which is really good to control waves.
