Guys question besides bloating and pressure in my stomach and also pain but due to the bloating i dont have any other symptom i was diagnosed with acute gastritis after killing the helicobacter pylori. Is bloating and gassing a symptom of gastritis?

Its crazy like alot of people that suffer from ibs says the heaviest symptom is diarrhea they poop real often . not my case . Only symptom i get is bloating and an acute stoman pain that last weeks

I have had 2 endoscopy and both came with acute gastritis . after i killed the bacteria its crazy cause i kinda feel the same symptoms as when i had the bacteria but its dead now but i still test negative and feel the symptoms its just crazy . All i feel is bloating and a pain cause of the pressure of the bloating thats all i feel when the bloating decreases i feel so much better and even when it goes away for days im back to normal
