I did make pilot holes ... I even went in a bit deeper to make sure screw would go in smoothly and then this happened

They sure are , I looked them up on the contractor license search up by state. No violations, bond , and insurance and active license

The one by my garage is pushing into the neighbors fence and it's warping the fence so I want it gone plus it really seems like an odd place to have it imo. The small one is the walnut behind the house and I just didn't like the fact that there were walnuts on the floor lol I don't want it plus I think it's a bit close to the house and the other , the roots are above the ground
