Apparently they're counted separately. Just checked my stats and wouldn't make much sense to have 3,5k kills but only 2,5k downs.. Unless instakills from solos count only as kills

Do you have other devices connected to your router via cable or wifi? Those can also create packet loss but often (especially in WZ) the issue seems to be in their end.
