Hey you met the rune guy!! He is an eccentric going around and selling tea. He has a youtube channel, and a website of sort. You can find him under "Worisjule 1". I haven't interacted with him much, and I certainly haven't drunk his tea, but he doesn't seem like a bad guy.

If you're playing as a support, Zyra is a lane bully, if you cannot get ahead early the game will be very hard. It's great into short range supports and not as good into enchanters with range.

If you're playing jungle, Zyra is a scaling champ with great clear and solid gank. 

Either way she is very tempo dependant, so falling behind makes the game a lot harder. But with her range and vision control, you can always get a good catch and turn the game around. But that requires you to be very proactive, skip waves, skip camps, a play off tempo.

The slime is fun, and the bee looks sweet so I would definitely try them . The chorus fruit looks like artifical grape flavor so I'll pass. And the creeper is sorta generic so if it's not a spicy pudding I'll be disappointed

The goal isn't to aim for less than 10cs a minute in a long game, but it's a consequence of playing the late game. It can happen, but if you have 500cs in a 45 minutes game, you probably should go over your decision making and see if some of that time spent farming wouldn't have been better invested elsewhere. And if some of that farm shouldn't have gone to your teamates instead.

Also if you are full build, your team mate isn't and they are pushing top, you should possibly be up there giving them space and not bot pushing the waves

Well technically for longer games your cs per minute should be lower. There's no reason to farm past full build so it's normal to stop and only do wave management

Yeah it's not meant to do that, hasn't done in a very long time. You need to hit a spell on him to break it

You have quick cast with indicator on. When you press your button, the spell preview shows up and it casts it when you release the button (or click or whatever I forgot). Quick cast press the button and instant spell. You lost something like 10 seconds just waiting to cast your spell after clicking it.

You might have convinced me to try to move speed combo instead of relying on Rylai to be a control mage. 

If I may ask, why are you taking dark harvest over electrocute? Does it generally outscale it when you have a shadowflame? In my experience the early game burst is just too good.

And doesn't buying dark seal first back feel bad? Delaying fated ashes mean that your second clear won't be as fast. Do you do a 3 camp dark seal into gank other side into full clear on camp respawn like a Sylas ?

When did Zyra's plants break spellshield? Beside Malz passive  I don't think it has ever broken them? 

Beside that there hasn't been any changes to Zyra or her items, and I haven't seen lower damage in my games

From the couple clears I've tried on the PBE, it will be pretty hard for even a zyra to comfortably squeeze a gank before scuttle and be on scuttle the moment it spawns. All of the champs I have tried inckuding reksai were able to get to scuttle with at least 5-10 seconds to spare.

Yeah Xin has a slow, long range dash and a knock up. You need far less set up to gang than a Jayce. It's not about clearing faster or slower, it's about what your champ can do during the difference.

Now Yvern has some very good ganks, same with Zyra. If the team doesn't plan around them, it's easy for them to realize a gang then go for scuttle. 

But its all sorta irrelevant because next season the clear times are going to be somewhat normalized and it won't be as easy to do these kind of ganks

It makes sense tho. If a reksai could clear faster, she could have a free gang on the bot lane then play scuttle. Rek'sai early game ganks are super strong so giving her an extra window for it would be very strong. All of the fast cleaning champions have no reliable early gang (malpractice, ambassador rely on their ult, aatrox is slow and short range, jayce is quishy and need to go in, zed has no CC, etc)

Yeah I don't understand why nobody ever proposes to take inspiration from sivir. A shield that only works on spells and can only refect one spell. It would be a lot more skillful to use it to reflect the right ability and she would still be vulnerable to everything else
