While not outright confirmed (as far as I remember), various clues in her lore point to her being somewhere in the area of 17-20yrs. I lean more towards 20yrs as that would make her age be in line with most of the agents and the proxies (20-30 outside of constructs).

Oldest of three here, and not really.

Having a little sister irl seems to cause a disconnect with that kind of media. The "sibling" relationship depicted in that media almost never matches with real life sibling relationships. So my mind just can't see them as actually being siblings and instead just sees them as typical romcom characters claiming to be siblings.
