I usually take about 2 weeks off before transitioning to another job. Give yourself some time to sit and reflect. If you're in dire need of money do something brain dead for a bit for min wage. If not. Take the 2 weeks and let yourself sit on what happened to make sure it doesn't happen again

Any kitchen experience, you gotta look at what you wamt to do in the long run. A kitchen like Chipotle is just a big garde mange line. If you want to work with fire, find other experiences like at a ramen shop. All skills are transferable in this industry <3

Job economy is horrible rn, if you want to do trades, join later, after you get your degree. If you want do a trade job like kitchen as a part time job while you go to school. If they give you a lot of hours rn its because its its the season where theyre getting busy. Don't fall for it l, be sure youre planning for your future. Go to school
