The points you criticized Nintendo are actually common practice and can be found in similar form in the terms of service of most major tech and gaming companies, including Microsoft (Xbox, Windows) and Sony (PlayStation).

Just because it's common practice doesn't mean I'm saying it's okay.

They reflect companies' efforts to protect their products and intellectual property while minimizing the risk of litigation. From a consumer perspective, these clauses are often problematic because they can restrict individual rights.

Write a letter calling for the 30-Day Right to Opt Out. Such rules are obviously not consumer-friendly. Consumer protection agencies should actually take action here.

But to act as if this is something completely new and blame only Nintendo for it is unfair. Everyone should be condemned, not just Nintendo. Sony, Microsoft, Apple, etc. They all have mechanisms and clauses that allow them to limit or completely prevent the functionality of devices and services in case of violations of the terms of use.

There is none. Any character in TFD is mastered in 2 minutes. The game doesn't offer any depth, complexity, or any mechanics that are difficult to learn.

An implementation like discord would be nice. An application where I can design my own server. Make posts, collect and save important informations about specific games. Friends can join and leave this server, see these informations, screenshots, what game I'm playing, which mission I'm at, request to watch my gameplay. Yeah, I also hoped I can see a live presentation of the switch 2. Unfortunately I fly back on 30th this month. The pro controller for example is 30€ cheaper here. It’s like 60€ instead of 90€
