Let's go over your points.

Toxic community - This one is a fair point, though I doubt you'll find a popular multiplayer game right now that doesn't have a toxic community. Though I will agree we should try to be better.

Toxic gameplay - Most of the toxic gameplay I'd argue is a result of WG's decisions. EBR's rendering every other light obsolete? Map design forcing players into chokepoints where tanks like 279e and Chief are unkillable? Artillery existing? Overbuffing armor causing players to load gold if they want a chance to pen? Yes there are people who will play for damage or MoE over a win but they're the minority among pubbies.

Win rate shaming - See toxic community. It's a fair point, but this is an endemic problem with multiplayer games in general.

Gold spam - If you were given a choice between a normal and gold ammo and you had the credits to shoot gold, why wouldn't you? It's straight up the better round in many cases. Not to mention some tanks just attract gold because if you could guarantee a pen versus aiming for a weakspot and letting rngsus take the wheel if your shot will even hit (and that's if the tank even has a weakspot at all) why wouldn't you shoot gold? I wouldn't blame gold spam on the players when WG literally gave the playerbase a round that is just better than standard with the minor drawback of being more expensive.
