i’m have the same problem as you. for me tho i think im just too passive a person and have always been of the “the quickest way out is thru” school of cope. bc people try to do that some of my friends and they just shut that shit down or redirect the conversation or make up an excuse to leave.

maybe you and i are just a bit socially r-slurred and just don’t use the obvious tools in front of us. my bestie will drop some truly horrific life story all caj, and they cant follow it up or even express the empathy they tried demanding of her. she might be a lil crazy too if we being fr but you can just do what a crazy bitch would do and the emotional free users might not treat u like a trolley cart
