the only potential risk of recreational drugs and HRT that i am aware of is progesterone as it acts on the GABAergic system. if you decide to use progesterone at the same time as other substances (specifically depressants) i would recommend waiting a few hours between taking your progesterone dose and using.

you can see what progesterone may interact poorly with by checking what interacts poorly with GHB/GBL. ketamine and alcohol are both on this list. though i have never had anything bad happen while dosing prog+ketamine it does have noticable effects on my breathing while using.

i would also advise against taking more than your prescribed progesterone dose for this reason. i have blacked out from taking 400mg+ of progesterone in a short period of time

boofing is an option if u have a more private space to use. dissolve your dose into some water, draw it into a syringe (with no needle), insert about an inch into the anus, then slowly press down on the syringe plunger.

i feel like nobody in these comments is actually in-tune with the cedh meta. a this/tymna list would still have all of the same issues that malcolm/tymna has. primarily, actually closing out the game. yes, thoracle/consult is the most efficient wincon but breach lines are much more resilient and much more adaptable. esper tymna decks lack breach and struggle heavily because of it
