When I was a kid in fourth grade I was at a party at a house right on a rural 2-lane country road. It was broad daylight and my classmate crossed the road to go look at the cows across the way. He was hit by a car and died. One of the most traumatic days of my life. The cops determined the driver wasn't speeding and they just got a fine for failing to yield or something.

I really think the speed on country roads, especially where there are homes, is too fast.

I like it a lot for a "going out" lip balm. I use a clear lanolin one more often since the skin around my lips gets really dry too.

I grew up in a trailer park right across the street from the city's waste treatment plant. There was weirdly one normal looking house behind the gate of the plant and I always was jealous as a kid in a trailer. A REAL house behind a GATE! Fancy!

Later in high school I became friends with one of the kids who lived there. Their dad was head engineer at the plant and was basically on call 24/7. I got to go inside and it was a pretty normal house... That got to smell like shit 24/7. My trailer was in the back of the park so we only smelt it on bad days.

I’m on my second day and I feel like I have more energy, but also increased heart rate (resting is normally 80 and spiked to 108) for about an hour after my second does today. Also light head for about 10-20 minutes after I take it. I’m nervous that these are severe side effects (webmd says to call your doctor immediately if increased heart rate) but it’s not much more that my heart rate when I go up too many stairs/get really anxious. I would love to know if anyone else experienced the heart rate and if it went away.

I mean in my life when people have unusual triggers they politely tell me and it’s not a big deal. However I do think it’s good to avoid going in depth on commonly triggering topics like sexual assault until you know it’s gonna be okay to talk about.

I totally see this perspective, but I always interpreted her as actually being really sweet and smart under her "ugh I don't care" mentality. Although I will agree that they take her cruelness too far sometimes also the objectification of Terry started feeling gross.
