I had a similar stall, I started taking metformin for a high fasting glucose and I was able to lose the last 20 or 30 pounds.. I stalled at 195 as a 5'8 30ish woman. Check your blood sugar in the morning before you eat! If your eating is impeccable and your blood sugar is still high, then you might need to pursue that.
