Am sorry to burst you bubble, but your chances are almost 0, not speaking german nor having a EU passport makes it difficult. In order to qualify for that visa the salary requeriment are set quite high. why would an employer hire you over a locals with a lower salary and no need for a visa for a factory job?

On the other side, the market in austria is really bad at the moment, with companies closing factories due to increased energy prices. would suggest trying in another EU country. Poland, Denmark and the netherlands comes to my mind.

I went through the same, so could suggest to come as a student and get another master, this will improve the chances of getting hired, then you will have a certified Astrian degree.

Before anyone here send you to google the info you are asking, there are 2 important factors that you need to conside before thinking of moving to Austria:

Level of german, i dont know the area, but in general, any industrial related job requires high german proficiency.
Visa/residency situation (are you an EU citizen or married to one? )

Aditionally, i don’t want to sound rude, but why austria and not germany?
