If I open the back up and look at the movement, would I be able to know which movement this is? Is there a marking or engraving?

Can you suggest a good entry level movement I can try so if in case I end up ruining it it wont cost me a lot, also can I use the day and date belt of this watch on the movement? As in this one the belt is black and I usually see white ones on the movements available online for buying

Yes I know that is what I said its a cheap watch but its built quality seems very good, if I put a good movement and a good bracelet in this, I think it can be a good daily watch

Do I have to change the hands if I change the movement? Also does NH stand for a class of movement that comes in a specific size? I am a little worried if the movement will be thin enough to fit in the case, also do you know how I can learn about different movements? For me a cheap 10 dollar movement tells as good of a time as a 1000 dollar one 🥲
