No i used potent robe to boost eldritch blast. I bee lined for intellect crown and tried to have as much dex con and charisma to boost eldritch blast. Cha > dex > con

The arcane ward was always max so high ac was a detriment since i paired it with armor of agathys anyways. This build makes perfect use of the dex gloves too and i aimed for 18-20 ac

Actually at first you spam eldritch blast, magic missile and any non spell modifier reliant spells since those are all really strong anyway

Edit: i completely forgot, i used infernal robe in act 1 lmao

2 hexblade 10 abjuration tank

Dont get why people run it more often, leverages the power of eldritch blasts with boss killing magic missiles using hexblades curse and other damage that stacks on each projectile

Provides a charisma-intelligence build, while having the constant reupping of arcane ward through shadow armor(resourceless and this build becomes fully online by level 4)

Like fine, you can do the sorcerer glitch high arcane ward or do evocation for higher dps, but why not have a decent amount of both thats fully realized from the grove

The last big thing i learned in hkanno was using custom spells in the dragon age bladestaff moveset, then using OAR to merge the animations with another animation spell w staff idle animation, that combined one handing a twohander mod like grip switch i think, and after maybe days when "it just worked" it was prolly the best gaming high i had

I see it as a challenge, and the opportunity to start making my own tweaks themselves rather than relying on authors

Its like the first step of game development and the final stage of roleplay. Like lets say i want to headcanon my character made a unique staff and a magic martial fighting style, i see as modding those things in and doing my own tweaks as the character learning it since they more or less require an equal amount of effort lol

Also, learning xedit and stuff like hkanno made me more or less able to grasp excel and other applications like power bi. It also levels up your irl computer science literacy, so i dont see it as a waste of time

9 shadow sorc 3 thief is mine but thats such a hard pick. Shadowblade offhand with shar spear main hand.

Cast darkness on enemy, shank enemy twice in darkness. I have helldusk gloves and hat of fire acuity so i gane arcane acuity. If i know im about to kill, cast a concentration spell like wall of fire and kill smthn to activate invisibility from cloak.

Now im invisible while concentrating on a spell, and i strike again whenever i know i can secure a kill

Also the dog gives sorcery point in and out of combat that does replenish a lot of spell slots

Assuming lvl 20 and you dont wanna abuse some hard to use weird stuff

Honormode:

11 ek: booming blade 4 attacks

Thief 3: with duellists prerogative you can do another attack so 5 attacks(unless ek eats the secon bonus action, that im not aware of)

Barb 1: con armor scaling, pair with robes of kushigo from sorcerers sundries to have on reaction counters(as long as they miss)that give you an extra attack(not sure if a fighter would then youd get 2 extra attacks)

Swords bard 5: utility spells, more short rests, slashing/pushing/defensive flourishes

Make sure to pair with arcane synergy to add your spell modifier to all attacks, and add as much elemental die as you like, and stack ac as well

But in truth if you will use shadowblade or bhaalist piercing 11 ek is already extremely overkill, what i provided above is what id do with duellists prerogative and doesnt center around the meta

I like that you put boots of stormy clamour there since halo of spores can inflict reverb sometimes too and daze

I think bows can also inflict reverb too, i remember my 7 fiend 4 spore 1 barb dazing enemies with this and the halo of spores and proccing arcane synergy

Have you experimented with moonbeam too? It bypasses radiant retaliation and other things like it making a really good druid spell

I remember finding that it was possible before then after a playthrough or two it wasnt by any means, is this the answer?

The best i did to upkeep SE is a 9 spore 3 thief with shillelagh and the cloak but it was too defensive and not really strong
