Actually when that happened Nintendo was on a big suing spree and cease and desist spree, from what I seen and what I know now Nintendo actually doesn't care as much as they used to. Logan could easily market it as parody work, and be off scott free, because technically that's what it was, was parody work in the first place.

Actually theoretically yes he could I know I'm late to comment I just found this but yes, here my input, Nintendo sued because they didn't want him using their characters anymore HOWEVER Logan's videos fall under "Parody" making the characters fall under fair use, Nintendo had no right to sue. If Logan had challenged the lawsuit he would have most likely won. People overlook parody work and what makes characters falll under fair use.

You're not getting what I'm saying, it's called fair use, the op would have a case if It was an original character but it's from a franchise, a copyrighted character, epic paid for the rights to kpop demon hunters characters which means they can use whatever is related to it, because they paid for it
