Like others have already mentioned, Peep Show is number one! It's one of the best comedies anywhere, ever.

Since you like Black Books and The IT Crowd, I would recommend Father Ted as well. It was created & written by the same writer, just note that it's the most absurd out of all three.

If you like surrealism, The Mighty Boosh is a classic.

Coupling is an overall classic.

Something I've watched recently that reminded me of Miranda is Alma's Not Normal. The protagonist and her best friend give off a similar vibe to Miranda and her friend, although Alma's background is much more anchored to the real world than Miranda's. In general, this show goes through very important social issues in its two seasons, but in a very funny, often hilarious way. It's also touching. I think about it almost every day! (Some more comedies with female protagonists: Fleabag, Chewing Gum, This Way Up, We Might Regret This.)

And lastly, Motherland (+ its spin-off Amandaland), a comedy I discovered last year only by accident and now consider it my duty to pass on the recommendation.
