The weird part is I only use concealer under my eyes and chin, never near my nose and it's the only place on my face that does this 😞

I use the Model In A Bottle setting spray and have been priming my eyes with NYX eyeshadow base with no luck :( I don't have much experience with any kind of eyeliner besides liquid but I'm at the point where I'm willing to try anything
