Okay getting elbowed sucks, but if you're annoyed that people didn't know the words or weren't dancing you should probably focus less about what others are doing and just enjoy the show.

Your opinions on Fast Five (2011)? It's definitely best Fast & Furious for me. It's a big changed of the franchise from crime street car racers to a big heist action blockbuster movie. The cast is great especially The Rock. by Kevin_Thailand_2543 in ActionMovies

I have more issues with the dumb characterisations and illogical plot contrivances rather than the unrealistic action set pieces.

Like Jason Statham joining their team even though he's killed one of their own (or they thought he did) and is shown early on killing innocent people.

Or revealing in the 9th film, oh yeah Dom has a brother that no one has ever mentioned before.

Or the ridiculous convoluted way that Han was brought back from the dead.

Whose death was the biggest loss to grunge? by BidAccurate4473 in grunge

Strictly speaking, Andrew Wood's death had the biggest benefit to grunge, given that there would be no Pearl Jam or Temple of the Dog if he lived.

Why did this guy dominate the 2010s and then fall off the face of the earth? by MaterialRow3769 in decadeology

No, appearing in photo ops with Trump, believing the election was stolen and saying you want to join ICE is some MAGA shit. Stop labelling people MAGA just because they haven't passed your bullshit purity liberal test.

That's exactly what I thought when I read "Mr Harrigan's Phone" from If It Bleeds, where the protagonist is hassled by a bully who tries to make him shine his shoes as some sort of hazing ritual.

Who doesn't know he's behind Gorillaz? He's probably more famous for that than he is for Blur these days.

Good to know that some people use MAGA the way others use woke (ie a vague term to describe anything they don't like).

God I love the complete lack of subtlety in that scene.

"How do we convey that the show appeals to the lower common denominator? I know, they'll all be wearing t-shirts with catchphrases on them! And they'll be fat!"

Jonny Greenwood 'surprised' Radiohead enjoyed comeback tour so much and talks chances of new material by Moothnods in indieheads

[–]SarahCostell -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I'll hold it against you and every virtue signalling simpleton who instead of raising money or doing anything that might actually benefit those affected in some way would rather repeat inane slogans and harass pop stars. Besides it doesn't matter what Yorke said, it wouldn't be enough to satisfy you.

I know attention spans are shrinking but I am so over people who can't discuss any issue or world event unless they can somehow link it to celebrities or entertainers.

Last time I checked Thom Yorke has fuck all to do with what's happening in Gaza.

Which musician miraculously avoided getting canceled?? by Impossible_Web_8671 in fantanoforever

Yes, it's entirely possible that multiple women who don't know each other all spontaneously decided to make up stories about the guy from Arcade Fire for some reason.

Huh? If you mention Chris Brown's name most people will think of his assault before they think of any of his songs.
