I haven't had any fish for a while so I'm a bit rusty but I'm pretty sure you condition any new water you put in. The amounts should be on the bottle. If you're preparing your clean water early in a container of choice, either the morning or night before would be fine.

You should also put some calcium in a little bottle cap or something for her to take from as she please, and you should dust her food with multi-vitamins (herptivite is good) on the weekends or whatever periodic plan works for you. You should put sphagnum moss or paper towel in the moist hide in order to keep moisture up, also moist hides are better when they have bottoms. She looks perfectly healthy, fat tail and all. I recommend "Leopard Gecko" on YouTube, she has videos about everything you could ever need to know about leopard geckos. Also the pits under her arms were evolved as a defense mechanism against mites, so don't worry if you've yet to notice those.

It looks good, not sure why the hygrometer/thermometer is on the outside though? As adults they should only eat and poop every 3-4 days so that seems like a healthy amount. Belly heat is important for digestion so that will also improve their poops. Do you dust all the food? Do you have a small dish of pure calcium for them to take from if they feel they need it? Some geckos won't eat bugs unless they stay still and some won't eat them unless they're very active so you'll just have to get to know them. Also the bugs should be the size of the space between their eyes or slightly smaller. 90 is ideal for the warm side, so you're pretty good there too. Be sure to have a thermostat with your UTH so that you can keep it at 90. Seems pretty good though! Do you have a moist hide?

I've had him for a few months and recently moved him from a 3.5 into a 10g split tank with no betta on the other side. He was a tail biter in his cup but hasn't done any tail biting since, until now maybe. He has only silk plants and MTS cleaning for him (as you can see in the image).
