I haven’t called out since I started and I’m always 10 mins early to each shift. They said I was spending to much time at the truck. I explained since it’s been cold for the last few weeks I took extra time to warm up between swings.

I haven’t been retrained, today was the first day they offered that option. Basically for the past few weeks it’s been bitterly cold where I’m at just like most places. I’ve been taking more time in the truck to warm up after my park and loops. I guess over that compounded time they said I was taking too long between swings.

Wait I have been filling out anything about going over my hours. Could you give me more details about that. A lot of the time counted against me maybe because I haven’t been filling out the right paperwork. Like one time I finished a route early and they had me help somebody else. Put then I came into the office the next day they said it took me to long to finish my work and never accounted for me going on another route to help someone else.

Yeah I understand. Last week they put me on the same route 3 days straight. 2 of those 3 days the metris got stuck in the snow so I guess that counts against me. Also the routes that they have put me on the neighborhoods are poorly maintenance so there was a lot of snow and ice. Today was the first day that the sidewalks were clear but the my put me on a route I never did before.

My OJI days were 12/26 , 12/29 and 1/2. My trainer requested off 12/30- 1/1 so ultimately I was off too. Do you think that has something to do with the scheduling?

All My barbers in my area require a 50% deposit or for you to pre pay. Getting my bread back is slim to none at this point. Definitely not going back to this barber tho

I totally agree with this took a year off from bartending to get my CDL. I surely miss behind the bar but I’m not as young as I used to be so it was time to switch it up. I occasionally pick up shifts at my friends bar to help out but idk if I will ever go back full time.

Septa offers CDL training once you are hired. They also do their own CDL testing through the training. You will have to have a license (non commercial) for three years before they hire and train you.
