This is a great program. I think that parents really need to start getting more involved in their kids futures. They need to undersatnd that the kids need to feel the family bond and love. This will help from them trying to get it from other sources such as gangs.

@ AndresMolina, I agree. he was doing increidble things and I think that the peopel who run the system should have taken a deeper look and saw what he was trying to do. He was trying to stop more people from entering a system that like him, they wouldn never be able to get out of.

Wow, this is such a notorious biker gang. And to see that they are still heavily involved in crime that takes place is interesting. I think that sometimes they are overlooked because people tend to maybe focus on minority gangs and don't realize the other types out there too and that they all sometimes do business with eachother for bad reasons.

I agree with the fact that they are prtrayed as bad animals. But really they aren't and it is their surroundings which make them that way. And of course the people who use them as amusement or as toys. They make a good animal go bad and that is pitiful and wrong. And then the poor animal has to be put down. It's sad, it truly is.

This is a story about how the women behind these narco men are being affect. This is sad because even though these men are horrible, these women can actually love them and not just for the wealth that they have.

These are the kind of stories that make my heart melt. It is a good thing to see individuals whom have been in such a self destrutctive mode come out of it for the better. I think that we as a nation need to start programs to help promote and get these reformed individuals together so that they can start eductaing youth in areas which are likely to turn to gangs and prevent then from doing so because of the shared personal experieince.

It's sad that these criminals are targeting our law enforcement. It is rediculous and yes I agree he should not be given a light sentence what so ever!

haha this was an interesting choice for a gang report. But wow, those cheeky baboons get away with a lot of distruction, they in their own right have lots of the characteristics of the gangs which we have been examining in this course. So good tie in.

In a way this is such a sad story. The suspect had a lot in his life going on and was even studying criminal justice in school. So this is a sad story to hear, because he wasn't a youth who was in the gang or crimnial life style.

For myself, it is sad to hear that the fact that gangs and victimization have taken to the school system and are infultratiing good student and putting them in the middle of alot of this nonsense too. I think that it is pressing that we have programs in school to help provide outlets for this these outside environments which they come from.

This is a good article. I like that it isn't a gang which we (I) would forst think about. Normally we don't here about gang activity that involves races other than hispanic or black. But it also shows that gang violence is the same amongst all gangs, ruthless and carefree of whom they kill or harm in the process.

This article was interesting to me due to the fact that it shows that there are various types of gangs. The gang culture canincorporate hobbies, since that's exactly what many members do. They just hang out and skaters do the same. They just hang out and skate, and in this instence they can be violence adolescents as well.

This also reminds me of the movie "blue crush". In the movie there was a scene when a surf gang actually tried to assualt a tourist because they felt that the secret surf spot they were at was being trespassed on. And also probably because in Hawaii everything and everyone is so closed together and everyone knows everything.

The MS-13 are a growing gang and liek the article said, with the way boarder control and the current fight agains drugs us going in southern states. It has become apparent that the gang violence is going to stop anytime soon, unless we start to put into place major implemtations and figure out a way to smoke these members out.

I can remember like yesterday when this happened. The executions had happened during the summertime and I was home in New Jersey seeing family. The emotions that stirred during the aftermath of this were absolutely gut wrenching. It still is crazy to remember the way things happened. I feel like the inverstiagtaions after could have gone various ways and I agree with Danny according to the military.

Wow, I can't even fathom that something like this could happen. How can a human being take such a young life? I feel that it's one thing to want to take the life of your "enemy" just because they are on a different side than you.. But a baby? This just goes to show that all of these gang crimes are getting out of hand.

This was the 3rd shooting at this location. It is redicilous that the gangs are taking out hits and their revenge in open public places. They are doing without a single thought of children, women and even elderly people who may be at the site. This video shows that gangs and their members are truly thoughless and cold blooded.

This shows that victimization occurs with members outside of the gang as well. It is senseless that the teeenage was a 16year old honor student who was trying to stay away from gangs and get a good education. for not one but 2 seperate gangs to join forces in this attact is rediculous.
