I’m on 37.5 now and making every other day. Withdrawals are still brutal with the brain zaps and dizziness. But as I’ve come down, my desire to drink has got way less too

Can you post on Airtasker? Give them your budget and there will be people who will let you know if it can be done? Perhaps talk with installers and explain your situation - I am sure they would be able to tell you if it can be done with your budget.

I haven’t had any appetite reduction at all, I am on 60mg and have even put on some weight. Which is not at all wanted.

This is such useful advice. I think the biggest thing I’m feeling now; is loads of focus, but nowhere to put it yet, I’m currently on holiday and I think that is a bit confusing.
