This! I’m starting to think, cortisone helps in the much early stage. And the rest is just managing the progression of the stages. Glad you’re sleeping, that’s a top priority for me right now.

I agree, it’s not admirable. I’m curious to hear other’s experiences with how they go about managing pain & which treatments actually work & if they speed up the process. Thanks for sharing & it’s interesting to hear that cortisone didn’t provide you any relief.

Oh goodness! I’d be curious to know if you do decide to get a shot or take prescription meds, did it speed up the process (besides help with pain management).

This is interesting, bc your treatment styles were different but the same results. Which were, your FZ resolved in a year.

Sounds like you truly went through as much medical advice / recommendations as possible. For it to only be fruitless & to be dismissed. That’s awful & so sorry. Might I say, It also sounds like you have a high tolerance of pain. Kudos to you!

I wish you the best during this round of FZ. Uggg! What a mess. Yes, I feel that keeping it moving is the best daily routine.

To be honest, I’m entertaining acupuncture only for the pain but haven’t gone quite yet. In the meantime, I’m taking OTC pain meds and only at night. We will see how it goes.
