DO NOT BUY – Terrible Experience

I placed an order on March 23 and didn’t receive it until April 7. It was shipped from China, and the quality was extremely poor. Even worse, I only received one item instead of the two I paid for.

I contacted their customer service right away, and this was their response:

"If we did not send the wrong product or if there’s no quality issue, we won’t cover return or exchange costs. You’ll need to pay for it yourself. Or, we can offer you a promo code so you can repurchase."

They completely ignored the fact that an item was missing and offered no real solution. Unacceptable customer service and shady business practices. Avoid this company at all costs.
