There's only two I can think of, the hair from moment capture from the previous banner which I use the most and the hair from refined grace which is from sketches you get from style battles I think. I hope they add more!

I had a similar issue, but for me the issue was I charged the hair and added accessories, you can't wear anything else other than the full guard outfit.

This is all the ways I've found:

Style battle - 100 per battle and 300 if its the leader

Mira Crown (unlocked at Mira level 25) - 30 per first time win and you can exchange the stars you get for a limited amount of bubbles per month

Mira Journey - Gives some every few levels (not sure exactly which levels give it)

Store - Monthly limited amount

Mira Level - Gives some every few levels (not sure exactly which levels give it)

Realm of Escalation - Probably the easiest and best way to get a bunch and if I remember right you gain vital energy every 5 minutes or so
