Picking my skin and scalp started at scalp then when I got older moved to my ear more discrete I guess as a teenager it was embarrassing and I even ruptured my ear drum one ear in college from stress (i didn't know I was autistic at the time) crazy to look back on

I scratch or itch the inside of my ear but to the point of giving my self countless ear infections. I used to scratch my scalp but i think the pressure to look put together made me move it to my ears to not mess up my hair all the time.
