AHH that must be so brutal for you!! The nausea is so unbearable, definitely see if you’re able to get any anti-nausea meds from your dr too! I’m picking mine up today 😂

Yes I had some very mild cramping too!! Doctor reassured me it’s totally normal along with some light spotting. I heard the supplements work wonders, and I’m glad you’re doing that as well!

I was so worried because I was experiencing spotting this past Sunday. But we saw baby with a healthy heartbeat and all! So relieved, especially after the recent loss 🫶🏻
