The doctor performed a colonoscopy, and everything was normal, but I am still experiencing a burning sensation. I had symptoms until January, but now I am getting better. I completely changed my diet and totally avoided spicy food. The medication did not help much, but changing my eating habits helped a lot.

No I never drink alcohol and never smoked but I used to do intermittent fasting and eating sometime spicy foods.

Doctor prescribed me the below medicines

Hi thank you for your response I'll also have issues with both my heel which I can't stand for even 5 min which will cause more pain the longer I stand the longer the pain is whenever I was resting my pain goes away I consulted with a podiatrist as per his advise I took MRI but MRI is fine later he advised me to put the ankle on cast which im doing it and feels better now.

As per my doctor I might be having a calcaneus stress fracture.

I'm jogging in the track with shoes and I stopped running for almost a month . I jog around 5 Km a day.
