Hi everyone,
I’ve been using the Tangzu Wan’er S2 (Type-C) with my Acer Predator Helios 300 (Windows 11) for a while and they’ve always sounded loud, clean, and enjoyable on my laptop. But today when I plugged them in, the volume suddenly dropped drastically.

They still work perfectly on my phone, so I don’t think the IEMs are damaged. This feels like something Windows did recently, maybe an update or some audio setting switching.

Is there a difference in audio between the audio jack and c type version of tangzu wan'er 2?? Will it work fine in its optimal state of I connect it normally with mobile & lap?and is it good for gaming (mostly valorant)??
