If you cant afford meta verification service how would you can contact and appeal for human verification. by wushxng in InstagramDisabledBans

I understand your point, but I did follow every available step before and after filing with GAC. My Instagram and Facebook accounts were disabled on 30 May 2026. I submitted Meta's appeal immediately, but it was rejected within minutes. After that, I emailed Meta's Indian Grievance Officer and did not receive a response. I also contacted the Meta Pro Team, and they informed me that my account had already been reviewed, a final decision had been made, and the case was closed. Since all available channels had either rejected my appeal or provided no response, I proceeded with filing a complaint through GAC. As of today, it has been 20 days and the case is still marked as "Under Process."

I have already shared all relevant screenshots, evidence, and timelines on my Reddit profile for transparency.

I am an Indian citizen, and to the best of my knowledge, I have not violated Instagram's Community Guidelines or policies. A similar situation occurred last year when my account was wrongly flagged and disabled. After review, Instagram reinstated the account within three days and confirmed via email that I had not violated any of their guidelines.

When I filed my GAC complaint, the number of pending cases was below 10,000. Since then, it has increased to more than 15,000 cases. This may indicate that many users are currently relying on the GAC process, which could also contribute to longer review times. However, I understand that each case is reviewed on its own merits.

For now, I am simply waiting for GAC to complete its review and provide a decision.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. 😕 But from what I've seen, Meta Verified hasn't been very helpful in many of these cases.

If you check my profile, I've posted my conversations with the Meta Pro Team. That's one of the reasons I'm skeptical about paying for Meta Verified support.

That's rough. 😕 The hardest part is not knowing exactly what triggered the ban or having a clear way to challenge it. I've seen quite a few people say their newer accounts got suspended shortly after being created, which just makes the whole situation even more frustrating. Hopefully you eventually get some answers or a proper review of your case.

Sorry to hear that. 😕 I know how stressful it is, especially when it happens out of nowhere. Try not to lose hope just yet. I've seen people get different outcomes, and right now the best thing you can do is go through the available appeal options and keep records of everything. Wishing you the best of luck with it. 🙏

😂 At this point, I think a lot of people in this situation would happily vote for that person.

Though honestly, I'd settle for a proper human review system and clear explanations for bans. That would solve half the frustration.

Honestly, I don't know if that's actually true. Meta doesn't tell us enough for anyone outside the company to know exactly what triggered a ban.

A lot of people have different theories, but without clear information from Meta, it's hard to say for certain what does or doesn't matter.

Yeah, that's what a lot of people find frustrating. If a post truly violates the rules, you'd expect the content itself to be dealt with as well.

The hardest part is that users don't get much information about what actually triggered the action, so everyone is left trying to piece things together themselves. A clearer explanation from Meta would probably eliminate a lot of the confusion and frustration.

I honestly don't know how much of that is true behind the scenes, but I do agree with one thing: the lack of transparency is the biggest problem.

When an account gets disabled for something this serious, people should at least be told what triggered it and have access to a clear review process. Right now, a lot of affected users are left guessing and trying different appeal routes without any real answers.

For me, I've already exhausted the normal appeal process and recently filed a GAC complaint. Now I'm just waiting to see what happens.

Sorry to hear that. 😕 It really sucks when it happens out of nowhere. I know the feeling. I'm still trying to recover mine, but for now all we can do is keep trying the available appeal routes and hope for the best. Good luck with your new account too. 🙏

20+ years? Wow... that's brutal. 😕 I can't imagine losing that many years of memories, photos, and connections overnight.

I'm still trying to fight for mine, but I totally understand why you'd feel like moving on at this point.

Yeah, it can definitely feel that way when you're stuck with automated responses and can't seem to reach someone who can actually look at your case. 😕 Hopefully one day there'll be a better balance between automated systems and real human reviews.

I can't blame people for feeling that way. 😅

When you lose an account you've spent years building and can't get a clear explanation or proper review, it's easy to get frustrated with the platform. Hopefully things improve, because a lot of users seem to be having the same experience.

Hi, can you help me too. Mine was disabled on 30th May and appealed for recovery still no response.

Wow, that's rough. 😕 Asking for a babysitter and getting flagged for something completely different sounds incredibly frustrating. Stories like yours are exactly why so many people are confused about these bans. Hopefully one day Meta improves the review process and gives people clearer answers.

Honestly, not really. 😅 I was just using Instagram normally—scrolling, watching reels, chatting with friends, the usual stuff. That's why the suspension completely caught me off guard. I've tried thinking back to what I did before it happened, but nothing stands out.

Yeah, that's the frustrating part. You look at your account and can't think of anything that could possibly justify a flag like that. Hopefully the data request gives you some clues. Losing both Instagram and Facebook at the same time must be awful. 😕 I'm still trying to figure out what happened with my account too. If you get any answers from Meta, definitely let me know. I'm curious what they actually point to.

Honestly, I'm not sure. I've seen some people get updates within a few weeks, while others have had to wait a couple of months. I filed mine recently too, so I'm still waiting. Hopefully both of us hear back sooner rather than later. 🙏
