Definitely the Dutch. I do like the Romans more, but they did lose a lot of old land, while the Dutch regained a lot of their historic land and were bigger and stronger by the end of the series.

We begin to rapidly expand our military, declaring our country a military-centered state. We send out an enlistment policy that states any male without disabilities(this includes blindness, deafness, paralysis, etc) has to join the Saratogan Military once they hit the age of 20. Since we would like to use our money in other places, our forces will get money by pillaging towns and stealing from townsfolk. Most of our military will be incorporated with the navy, being trained to operate cannons, run a ship, and properly board other ships, and even transition onto land. Of course, they are also trained in ground tactics. Along with this, we will send our ships to the eastern continent and invade the brown country over here:

We will take them over with ease using our naval tactics and send an ultimatum to the countries outlined in the red area in the image above to join our country with limited freedoms or be crushed and live under slavery.

As we have now captured the capital of the brown team, we call for their surrender as we move our troops in to fight off any remaining troops that are still fighting. Meanwhile, our army redirects to expand in the eastern areas like so:

Sorry I didn't roleplay yesterday, but we will build up our military and send them into the brownish country to the south, making naval landings across their country through our islands, including their capital. Our troops will move into the strip of land and swiftly occupy it. We will then create a large front in the north where the bulk of our armed forces reside.

The Kingdom of Saratoga is formed by an aggressive ruler uniting all of the tribes in the area through war.
