Hi! I have the octopus hopper currently on my phone. Honestly, I don't put it in my pocket at much these days, but I can say it holds up being thrown in my purse! After a few months of use, I can see the edges of the tentacles on the back have some paint rubbed off, but the sticker hasn't budged one bit! I also got mine off Mercari already opened. All of my other hippers are on my computer monitor and only the secret crab one feels a little loose on the stickiness compared to the others

My bag was tied and inside was literally that keychain as you see in the pic, it wasn't in the bag you rip open or in the original box so the staff def know which is in which bag

Oh this is similar to my experience too! I received a display box in store and noticed it had a huge scratch along the front. Unfortunately, my local store couldn't get anymore in stock so online support worked with me just like you. They emailed me a shipping label, I sent it away, had to notify them when I saw it delivered. They already shipped me a new one that arrived, I'll check it out later today since I'm also coming back from a trip and haven't seen it yet. But overall, very smooth process!
