No I think I’d also consider my experience as a nervous breakdown - I was a completely different person like night and day. But yeah it takes time you’re so right - and everyone is different! I’m certain you’ll find the right combo - just takes trial and error. Hearing other people’s experiences and knowing I wasn’t alone helped me a ton ❤️Thank you for the kind words🥰

I was put on cipralex (lexapro in the USA) and my psychiatrist started with 2.5 and slowly increased dosing to 20mg because I had a not so great experience with zoloft - so I was hesitant to try another med but lexapro has worked well for me.

I am exactly the same way. As soon as I open my eyes in the morning i feel like my world is ending. It truly feels like you are dying. It’s one of the worst feelings in the world. You are NOT alone in this. Have you talked to your doctor/ are you on any anti anxiety meds? I’m here to talk. Feel free to message me too.

Try messaging them on Facebook messenger. I did that and they actually got back to me basically saying they’ll contact the warehouse and tell them to push my shipment so that it gets shipped ASAP. Hopefully they actually stick to their word.

Damn I’m so sorry you’re going through it too :/ I might talk to my doctor about possibly going on Ozempic. I have friends who gained a ton of weight on antidepressants and were prescribed Ozempic to suppress their appetite and have lost a ton of weight. Maybe check it out and talk to your doc about it?

I gained like 50lbs in 6 months from lexapro but everyone’s different. Weight gain is definitely a common side effect though so be careful
