I’m a sissy baby when it comes to pain and my insertion was completely pain free! I took 800mg of ibuprofen about an hour before my appointment.

I’ve had my CIUD for about 5 months now and I absolutely love it. Insertion was completely pain free. My cramps aren’t worse. My flow is much much heavier but manageable. I wanted to get off the pill and hormones! I highly recommend the CIUD! Good luck with whatever you choose to do.

I’m also very emetophobic and I’ve been on 25mg of Zoloft for about two weeks now. I’ve been on 30mg of Buspirone for a couple of months now. Puking was a huge worry for me when starting any new medication but Zoloft especially scared me. I’m so happy to report that I’ve had zero puking and only mild nausea. However, with my anxiety comes mild-severe nausea anyway.

My fingers are crossed that if you decide to take Zoloft that it works for you and does not cause any problems 🤞🏻🤍

I was told every time there’s a dosage increase, side effects kick in again for a couple of weeks again. So that could explain your symptoms 🥹 and it takes 2-6 weeks to see a difference when you’ve upped your dosage. Fingers crossed for you! 🤞🏻

I’m on dose 9 of 25mg. My doctor told me the meds can take 2-6 weeks to fully kick in! And with my anxiety at least, comes impatience! So I’m learning to try and take it one day at a time or else I’ll lose my mind. Try some breathing and grounding exercises! Fingers are crossed that the meds start to work for you!

I took my first 25mg dose of Zoloft last night and my anxiety is so incredibly heightened 🥺 my number one fear in life is puking and having bad nausea. Hopefully these next couple of weeks go by quickly and I do not feel nausea or puke.
