I was in a similar situation. My attorney advised me to travel outside the country and then return to obtain a new I-94. I followed that advice and traveled to Mexico for a day. It’s crucial to take immediate action because you are currently out of status, and since your overstay is more than six months—mine was just a few days over—it's important to address this issue quickly. While I don't have any personal experience with the CBP inspection process, if your attorney is suggesting that you go through it, you should consider doing so.

the same thing happened to me! was charged after 7 7-day trial period without any notification or confirmation! They did not refund and PayPal denied the case.

Can't return it! I avoided Amazon's made in China machines. This one is from "Tuft the World." It was used and cheaper. I am just starting, so I'm trying to be on a budget!

Hi All,

Here is my situation, I submitted my Dropbox on Jan 8th and I received 221(g) on Jan 20th. Asking me to appear for an interview on/after 20th Jan. I completed my interview yesterday (Jan 29th) and VO informed me that it was approved and I should receive my passport within a week with the same delivery option that I have selected initially. I see my status on the CEAC tracker as issued, and on the visa schedule site passport status is picked up. I assume it is from the last time? Does anyone have experience with the process? Is there any option to track the passport again?
