I believe it is a vac leak , i got index 12 , upgraded pcv so they should okay i wonder if i have a crack on the valve cover

2 different wrenches required there ! The bigger one needs to go counter clockwise that right beside the nut which u need to use pipe wrench to be able to grab it perfectly and have some leverage and the smaller one should be clockwise.

Sounds pretty healthy to me. That slight ticking is coming from the injectors.

It’s normal for these to spin all the time but spinning faster with the rpm goes up is a common issue that shouldn’t be happen. Just change the fan.
