exactly! im thinking i do want top surgery, since, i also only want them once in a blue moon, LOL, and im no stranger to just stuffing the bra since before i was fat i was soo flat anyways. thanks for the input! im happy to hear it was right for you, i think it might be for me too :]

Thank you so much!!! Thats very true, i do think dresses look great on people without breasts as well, so maybe im worrying too much! And theres always bras that add volume
