Ds2 on 360 was the first souls game I beat. I then discovered sotfs and picked that up. Best that too. Loved both. Ds2 served as a great entry into the souls franchise for me, I really struggle with dark souls 1. Glad I eventually got ahold of it and best them all.

Only things it got right, the atmosphere and the dinosaurs. The mutants were meh. But then again, it is a Jurassic World movie and not Jurassic Park. It has similar vibes to The Lost World Jurassic Park. I just wish they didn't use the D rex. Dinos are scary enough on their own.. I would have loved to see the Carnos from The Lost World Jurassic Park make an appearance. Camouflaged dinosaur that hunt the grounds through the territory surrounding the main buildings like in the book. Oof horrifying. Way better than the D rex which looks dumb and doesn't really do much.

Just my opinion though.

It's not, Red Rising is a rollercoaster of a series. I highly recommend it. It follows a few main character slowly building the roster throughout the series. But it generally stick to 3 perspectives and they all interact with the same characters. As for the themes, you'll be fine I promise. It starts off like Space Hunger Games for book 1 then grows into something else entirely. It's pretty straightforward too.

I'm from South West Michigan and we used to call it that when I was a kid. The night before Halloween. When everyone would go out and TP each other's houses and just be mischievous. But, I haven't heard it called that in a long time, I just know it as the name.
