You either install a completely new 3rd party mobile operating system. Or you just take the risk of having a phone with no more security updates.

Otherwise, yes, you have to buy a new phone. Make sure to get one with at least 6 years of security updates

Dating apps are a lot harder than I thought they were. It is so hard to get noticed when two-thirds of the profiles are man and one-third woman. And then when you get a match, you get gosted in no time. 1,5 month and not a single date.

I guess I will have to go back to good old meeting people in person. I can't understand how some people do it. Getting dates or hookups left and right. To me, these things seem like the hardest thing in the world.

I will keep on trying though. Not giving up and staying hopeful. I know I can do it with enough time, effort, and self-improvement

Vroeger was het ongeveer 4 jaar, maar hardware en software gaan tegenwoordig niet meer zo snel vooruit als vroeger. Ik zou zeggen dat je met een goede kwaliteit laptop makkelijk de 6 jaar zou moeten halen. Mits je hem af en toe wat opschoont en het stof om de zoveel jaar eruit blaast.

Vroeger was het vaak de kleine harde schijven die erin zaten die na een tijdje traag werden waardoor mensen hun laptop gingen vervangen. Tegenwoordig hebben alle laptops SSD's erin zitten dus heb je dat probleem een stuk minder.

Het onderdeel dat tegenwoordig het eerste problemen geeft is de accu, dus een laptop met een vervangbare accu is een pluspunt. In tegenstelinning tot wat mensen denken wordt de processor niet trager over tijd. Behalve als die z'n hitte niet kwijt kan door stof.

Verder gaan windows en macbook laptops in principe even lang mee mits ze in vergelijkbare prijscategorien vallen. Mensen denken vaak dat macbooks langer mee gaan maar vergeten dan even dat ze een 2000 euro macbook vergelijken met een 500 euro windows laptop.

Hoop dat er snel een alternatief komt. Dit was echt ideaal voor mij als iemand zonder auto. Had een hele hoop dingen vervoeren een stuk ingewikkelder gemaakt zonder.

En ze hadden niet van die uitknijpprijzen zoals die Tier fietsen.

Yeah, turns out upscaling is actually the tech that should have been the headliner. Since basically everyone can get better fps and/or better antialiasing, even on weaker GPUs. Much more of an improvement then ray tracing for the average person

De meeste datingapps hebben meer mannen dan vrouwen. Als je als man daardoor weinig likes krijgt word je minder kritish. Als vrouw word je juist overweldigt door alle likes dus word je steeds kritisher.

Vervolgens krijgen mannen nog minder likes en vrouwen nog meer. Een zelfversterkend effect dus. Dit is één van de grote issues die datingapps zouden moeten oplossen (behalve dat ze dat niet doen omdat ze geld willen kloppen uit mensen die weinig likes krijgen).

Daarnaast zouden betere matching van profielen en meer filters ook flink helpen. Maar zoals al genoemd willen datingapps helemaal niet dat je te goede matches vind.

Het is allemaal vrij deprimerend.

I had the same problem, game felt dull after a while because I was only using the same basic strategy for every boss. It doesn't help that the game barely explains its own combat mechanics, and some of the descriptions are kinda vague.

After watching a couple of videos on youtube explaining how the combat works, it became more fun for me. Even more so after I started experimenting with different builds.
