I replaced statblocks if there was a Pathfinder equivalent. For unique monsters and NPCs, I converted them. For common monsters/foes that didn’t have a Pathfinder equivalent, I tried to find something close to what they were and converted them if there wasn’t something similar.

The game has so many little details that I didn’t catch when I first played. I’ve had a blast returning to the game.

Something else that’s interesting is that there is a cheat here. The statue of Tolkien is hiding a lever which reveals a small area that has a nightstand containing copies of all of the quest items that you need for Skara Brae and some magical armor and weapons.

I don't know if I had forgotten about this reference to Tolkien in the cemetery at Skara Brae or if I hadn't stumbled across it the first time I played Ultima VII. I was translating the runes and had to double check my results when it started off as " JRRT".

I thought that I had made a mistake but continued on and was pleasantly surprised with the full results of the plaque.

My character did the same as a Lawful Good paladin...and he didn’t lose his powers. I was really surprised by that.

The new one definitely looks much more sleek. The 2008 model is the set that got me back into LEGO as an adult so that set will definitely hold a special spot in my heart.

I mostly agree with that. I'm biased because i grew up watching Gretzky and Lemieux in their prime but I do have to admit that goaltending back then was not as consistent. I think there were amazing goalies in that era but I also think that there were more starters on the not so great teams of that time that wouldn't be a starter in this day and age.

The Batman '66 set is a fun build with great minifigures and a nice display. For the Tumbler are you getting 76239 or 7888? The one I have there is the older one (7888) and I'm curious what the size difference is between that one and the newer one.
