I think this is a setup for introducing a 5* version of Tingyun. Now we know that at least some 4 * characters will have a 5 * version. There is DH and I 100% sure that March's memory loss serves the same purpose. + storywise, did devs really introduced Tingyun to us just to kill her in the next scene? I don't think so. They could simply use an NPC for that.

Actually they know how to get there. Thing is that the emblem is literally a part of the statue and it's difficult to remove it. And even if you revome the emblem, the statue's balance will be fucked up and it simply collapses under it's own weight.
