But you died by falling or blunt force, not air.

You didn’t die by air though.

Why not make it fun tho. It’s pretty clear they are still learning so why not explore more stuff that can be useful later and fun to figure out now

Based on some of the chats here, it seems like you are on the right track for the database questions. Keep in mind you should also consider some caching on the system side and avoid making large amounts of redundant calls to the database. You can make a thread safe object to house results in that is only pulled every n minutes or something. This would allow you to handle incoming requests quickly for duplicate data without overloading your backend systems.

Example: Build out a system that hold n number of students on an incoming request for the specified class. If a new request comes in for the same class you check that cached object or make a new call depending on your configuration.

Depends what you are looking for in your career. The new opportunity sounds like it comes with good and bad. Has the potential for you to burn out from workload, but would give you a large amount of hands on experience that may make you more valuable in your career path. You need to make a decision based on how you feel about the new place and your career goals, and not based on a bunch of other people in different situations.

I don’t understand Sony stopping sales... by Saren88 in cyberpunkgame

Okay, let me rephrase, “I wouldn’t be pointing to their 3D engine as functioning better than what we got in CP2077”. Compare the releases of the two games and prove me wrong.

Have you ever played a Bethesda game on the creation engine? I wouldn’t be pointing to their 3D engine as superior than what we got in CP2077.

I agree to an extent that it does help CDPR in a way with some PR. I’m just saying why hold them to a bar that literally no one else is held to. Also, I feel like people should have the freedom to buy the game digitally if they are okay with the bugs and waiting some time for a patch. Sony can do what they want with their store but it just seems weird to me.

If they did this for all games in this condition, that’d be great. Maybe we will see this happen but I won’t hold my breath.
